McDonald's drive tru from Djalma Batista and a clueless mess! You ask for garlic they give you tomatoes and they don't care, a mess, disorganization

I was poorly attended. The attendant scowled when I handed over a $ 50 bill. He kept muttering "what a bag, there's no change". He gave me the wrong change and didn't say anything (it was a difference of 10 cents, but still he should have apologized or at least warned that he had no coins). In addition, while I was being served, an employee asked if she "had a manager" talking towards the kitchen. When not answered, she started shouting an employee's name until he went to talk to her. Employees should take care of their posture during working hours

Although the place is very requested and therefore there is a short wait time, the service is above the expectations it demonstrates

Warm snack, quick preparation (as expected in fast food) and clean environment.

Bad, the Big Mac I bought for the trip came only bread, 2 meats and cheese. I paid the price without any discount for missing chard, pickles, onions and the sauce. And the worst thing is that the attendant did not report that these items were missing !!! I only realized that they were missing when I arrived at my residence. I'll never go back to Macdonald on Av. Djalma Batista !!!

McDonalds does not give water. Anywhere in the US and in most countries, a glass of water is complimentary and never denied. In Mc da Djalma there isn't. You have to pay for the bottle of mineral water. Brazilian capitalism

I really like everything about mac, but the drive tur is very slow could improve the service in this regard

Today was bad! Service in a hurry, I had to hit a goal of 80 cars, according to the attendant, and they even exchanged my sandwiches.

The food is very good, but the service leaves something to be desired. The delay due to the fact of having only 2 boxes is complicated, for an environment of such magnitude it is even strange.

A cost / benefit tip, order a double cheddar combo with additional meat, enough food for two or more for only 32-35 reais.

Like all that I have been to, same flavor, same quality of products and same price. What differentiates one from the other is quality of care. This one from Djalma after the renovation was beautiful and all technological, I really liked it and I highly recommend it.

McDonald's has a nice place. The service is fast and you have the option to place your order on one of the electronic totems. The food is very good and I highly recommend you try the Picanha Club House! The taste is incredible! I would just like a wider variety of juices. I really enjoyed it and will certainly be back more often!

Mcdonalds always taste the same everywhere in the world, excellent! Default of the franchise is thousand note! I'm a big fan, so I suspect to speak, because whenever I participated in surveys about the service and the place the grades were ten! This year they made a very cool and attractive Halloween decoration for children (and adults). Keep up with the top ten service that I will always recommend!

Best unit in Manaus. Upon arriving at Drive thru some employees guide the queue very well organized. The sandwiches obey the standard of the cafeteria and the service is very fast. It is noticed that the attendants work in a good mood and happy to be there. I still haven't been able to go inside when my impressions are posted here. I recommend !!
